Are utilities like internet and electricity included in the rent at Terrazul?
Water, high-speed WIFI, and trash removal are included in your monthly rent. Check with our leasing team for the exact details for your floor plan.
Does Terrazul offer individual leases?
Yes, here at Terrazul we specialize in individual leases, meaning you’re only responsible for your portion of the rent, not your roommates’.
Is Terrazul pet-friendly?

How are packages handled at Terrazul?
We partner with Fetch for package delivery! Fetch allows you to schedule deliveries around your availability so you never miss a package. After move-in, you’ll receive instructions to set up your Fetch account at your convenience.
Is renter’s insurance required to live at Terrazul?
For your protection, all residents are required to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy. You are free to choose your own provider, or for your convenience, you can opt into our community’s preferred plan through a partner company for a low monthly cost.
